Conference attendance is limited to Mellow Mushroom Owners, Employees of Mellow Mushroom Restaurants and HGI Employees. No outside organizations, companies or firms are eligible to participate in the conference unless they are an approved HGI vendor currently participating in Mellow Mushroom daily operations on a national level.
One Guest per Registered Attendee. All guests must register separately and will be charged the same fee for registration. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are welcome to participate in the Opening Night Kickoff Party, General Sessions, Vendor Show access, all group meal functions and the Final Night Event.
• Cancellations must be received in writing at UME Productions on or before September 10, 2024.
• Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $175.
• Sponsorship booth fees are nonrefundable after September 10, 2024.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 45 days after the conference.
• To complete on-line registration, you will need your credit card info including the security code.
• Rooms must be purchased at the time of registration through the Mellow Mushroom Conference site.
• You may purchase additional nights pre- or post-conference at the time of checkout for $485 and are only available through the Mellow Mushroom 2024 Conference registration website. The $485 rate will not be honored should you book additional room nights through the Terranea Resort website.
• Please print payment confirmation to ensure you completed the registration process.
